These\u00a0pages are\u00a0a resource for anyone looking for inspiration and ideas for the design of their own\u00a0makerspace(s).<\/p>\n<p>I am a doctoral student in\u00a0the Learning Sciences program at Indiana University, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the <a href=\"http:\/\/creativitylabs.com\" target=\"_blank\">Creativity Labs<\/a>. With a background in design and a\u00a0passion for making,\u00a0my inquiry centers around\u00a0material patterns in makerspaces and design principles for spaces that invite equitable making. To create your own 360\u00b0 Makerspace pictures using your smartphone or tablet camera:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the Google Street View app (in <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.google.android.street&amp;hl=en\" target=\"_blank\">Google Play<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/google-street-view\/id904418768?mt=8\" target=\"_blank\">iTunes<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Open\u00a0the app and click the orange &#8220;+&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Follow the onscreen instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After the app stitches the individual\u00a0pictures together (can take a few minutes) you can share it on Google Maps.
